New site? Maybe some day.

i just recieved a Cd-r of the not-yet-released today is the day album, "kiss the pig" and while the band seems to be getting back to the straight evil riffing, and less keys and looping and effects like thier experimental "sadness will prevail", I have a few things that worry me aboiut this cd...
1.) this drummer is by far the worst drummer steve austin has worked with... Just remeber the days of "in the eyes of god", i think that drummer drums for Mastadon now, but he was amazing! no more crazy fills, no more galloping rythems, just boring blast beats and 4/4 horseshit
2.) I hope the copy i got is not mastered yet, because it sounds like its not, and and there are no electronics or anything interesting going on... the music is powerful and very nihilistic, as hoped, but its lacking depth.
has anyone else heard this yet?
i hope they fire that drummer |

i've heard good things about this album, and i hope they are true. i couldn't get into sadness. the production was too raw for me and the music was too out there for me to really appreciate it. i'm hoping this new one kicks ass. |

I've had it for a few weeks.
I like it better than sadness.
and the pictures inside are really cool.
I don't there was any electronics on it. |

The drummer on the album is the guy from Circle of Dead Children and he replaced Kevorkian's Angels drummer John Gillis. |
