According to Joe LoTruglio's website The State is finally scheduled for a dvd release sometime this summer.

You may also recall that this has been promised to loyal State fans for years now, and every time MTV has left us holding out dicks. So I'll keep my skepticism for now until I have the DVD in my hand.
