Congrats masta Rev!!! now i know if i ever am stuck in NH, i know the prefect place to crash and take advantage of. (i enjoy using 5 towles) so be prepared!!!

Congrats Rev!!!! It's nice to finally have some property of value to call your own! The best parts about buying "good" real estate is that your credit can greatly improve (just by staying current carrying that amount of debt) and you're always adding equity to the house! Plus, if you want to move in a couple years you can sell and make some loot!!
