The rest of your post was just opinion but #2 is completely wrong. The US has more guns than almost any nation and we have the highest crime rate in the civilized world. Look it up.

Look at the different parts of the USA, and which ones have the lowest crime.

The USA is a polyglot. It doesn't make sense to measure it as a single crime rate when other factors (income distribution, race, etc) are involved.

I bet Detroit, Baltimore, DC, etc all have barely any guns around*

Wait a minute, I thought guns were bad?

False! Did you know Jesus and Moses used guns to defeat the Romans?

Obviously the cities have the highest crime rate. There is no way to measure the amount of guns there since they are mostly illegal guns. Stats that only take registered guns into account are gonna be way off base.

And keep in mind that I am anti-gun control. Just pointing out some facts.
