ok Josh said he has 22" bass drums and he can move the sound hole around. Right now they are both bottom right. sound hole is about 4 1/2 inches. He said no bigger than 19" on the logo.

My kick drum is a 20" and the hole is on the bottom right. I wanna say that 12 x 12 would be good but i dont know if that would be too large. How big were the ones you made for Goreality??
