New site? Maybe some day.

Thought this would be a cool post-apocalypse movie but it was just awful. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage. Acting was terrible (despite the fact that I usually like Clive Owen's work) and the story line jumped around without explaining enough of the plot direction to keep any interest.
Two thumbs way down.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
I saw this in California and fucking LOVED it! |
I thought it was excellent. The battle scenes were some of the best I've seen. |
i turned it off halfway through cause i couldnt stand it... maybe its just because of the british dialect. maybe i'll try watching it again with subtitles. |
I thought this movie was excellent. You can't give a review on a movie without even watching the whole thing. |
This is one of the best movies I've seen in ages. Definitely a new favorite, I've seen it a couple of times now. |
fine, i'll take it out again see what all the hubbub is about... |
3 of my friends have also raved about this. I too must check out the hubbub, bub. |
The movie was pretty good, but I'd rather be watching Road Warrior. |

as long as you dont have add, the story line was very easy to follow, I actually thought the movie was going to be more complicated than it was. I liked it anyway.

i watching it with my parents and they were talking through the whole thing and bitching about how they couldnt understand the british accents... but like i said i'm gonna watch it again on my own after seeing such a huge influx of positive reviews on here. from what i watched though... i wasnt impressed.
ehhhh, pretty much a waste of time. caction sequences and camera angles were good though. |
dont believe the hype. Def sucks |
i'm glad i didnt re-rent it for further dissapointment |
I started watching it but fell asleep. I hear the ending makes it worth watching.. but I haven't seen it yet so I can't really say |
Hm, I just watched it. Good movie, but I thought the ending sucked. |

agreed, the way they shot the movie was amazing. the last 20 minutes of the movie is one of the best scenes i have ever seen. |
the whole prison camp scene was definitely one of the best I have seen in a long time. It chilled me. |
It's definitely more impressive from a technical standpoint. The fact that the car scene in the forest and the battle scene are basically one take each is staggering. I know they had to use a tricked out, modified car to pull off the first one, and hopefully there will be some cool footage on the DVD.
The plot (it's explained sufficiently, but it's thin to the point of non-existence, but Cuaron has never been one to tell a complete story) and acting is pretty rough, though, and Juliane Moore gives one of her worst performances (and that is saying a lot) |
This movie had some kickass war scenes. That's all I'll say. |
julianne moore looked beyond haggard in this movie...luckily she was shot shortly after the start of the movie. |
That was the hottest part. |
this movie was fucking awsome, the camp scene is incredible |
Agreed, the refugee camp scene was one of the best ending scenes I've seen in a while. |
it reminded me of the game: fall resistance of man (one of the last scenes) i watched it yesterday with my 2 nieces |
I fucking love this movie. |
What a surprise, black chicks can still get preggo in a world full of infertility. |
