yeah, I haven't bought boots since 97 (only other shoes I've bought were sneakers last year) so I've been trying to get myself a new pair of shoes.
I went out shoe shopping last night and all the shoes were gay.

luckily my manager liked me so i stood out back "pricing freight" (read: smoking a cig and shooting the shit with managers) while someone else had to clean up after all of it. hahaha i miss that job

the first lasted almost 4 years, wearing every day...
the next pair lasted almost 3 years wearing ever day...
the last didn't even make it 3 years wearing most days...
their quality went to shit when they stopped making them by hand

i've gone through 2 pairs...the pair i bought in the UK lasted me really long...i haven't bought any in like 6 years....

i got my black doc boots when i was 16... they lasted a few years until the leather on top cracked and formed holes... i still wear them tho when its not raining out...

i have a pair of brown boots i got one christmas from an ex bf... hmm like 4 years ago now?!?!? they are still in perfect condition... but i only wear em every so often... and i have my black doc shoes i bought last year.... i need a pair of brown shoes too.. hmm

our boots ended being a GREAT deal....i paid $138 for both..and they shipped them twice..so 2 pairs each....i just gotta go pick up the other 2 pairs in Attleboro...they best be there...
