Taking their inspiration and name from the fictional Muerto County, the setting of the original TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, Chicago-based duo Puerto Muerto (Tim Kelley and Christa Meyer) have crafted a score which uniquely accompanies and augments the existing soundtrack of legendary original 1974 film. Their music builds on the film's existing soundtrack of ambient noise and creaky country songs while still leaving breathing room for the film's narration and dialog.
