Kid is finally up with zoom meetings and school. I started working. Also, since all my vacation days are canceled this year (mdf, cdf, qdf, april vacation, etc...), I decided to take next Thursday off.
went for an hour walk with the kid. stepped in some leaves that had a mud puddle under it. That was terrible. We got some pond water in a jar to look at the living things inside of it. All my kid wants to do is play fortnite and that sucks. I think you can die from that.
I saw the pond water jar video on youtube recently. I think it was from the unintentional asmr subreddit. honestly cool. Took me back to elementary school science class.
Was it the guy who had a hydra and a flatworm? I saw a video about it last week and wanted to show my kid. There is a bug in there and some nymphs. IDK what else yet. Got some duck weed at the top of it. Might break out my microscope.
