And I was talking about British punk rock, the other bands you listed are different styles. My reflex at "punk from the uk" is bands like the Exploited, GBH, Anti-Nowhere League, etc. none of which I care for.

I'm just saying dude, there are plenty of people who would refer to those bands as punk... That's the general scene they were in in the 80s (and I'm definitely talking about a british band called wartorn... blast laden punk rock from the early 80s)

Yeah they're punk on a wider scale but those bands you mentioned also fall into smaller sub-categories, I was talking about the bands whose general descriptions don't go any farther than "punk". Either way, this is a pretty retarded thing to argue about so... you know.
