If you get paid through Paypal all you have to do is transfer your Paypal balance to your bank account. The transfer usually takes about 3 days, but there's no fee for it, and I've never had a problem.
Ebay selling is relatively easy. The hardest part is getting up and going to the post office to mail all of it. If you're mailing t-shirts or whatever go out and buy big envelopes. Don't use the USPS Priority ones at the post office. They'll cost you a fortune.
