Terrible, terrible band.

A friend of mine gave me a copy of "unhallowed" because he didn't like it. This should have been my first clue. I listen to it once and brought it to Newbury's for store credit.

I thought unhallowed sucked too. They pretty much latch onto the most popular schmetal at the time, make a sub-par version of it and release it as a new album. I'll stick with the metal made by men in men's pants.

i gotta say, while i was down in florida visiting my friend who mixed the cd, he played it for me and i thought it was pretty damn solid. definitely one of the most competent of this "new breed of death metal" or whatever the fuck you want to regard bands like BDM and JFAC. granted, i was high as the dickens when i heard it, but i recall it being solid.

HOWEVER, it is unlikely that i will have any time to re-evaluate it now that i've got the new Wolves In The Throne Room, Blut Aus Nord, Xasthur, Drudkh, Witchcraft and Rosetta demanding my time and full attention.
