The Body Farm will be entering the studio in 2 weeks, and our drummer is looking to borrow a China cymbal, ideally a Zildjian 18" China Trash Oriental Series, or any other high end China in the vicinity of 18" and made from cast metal as opposed to sheet metal.

If anyone would be willing to let us borrow some sort of high end China on September 7th and 8th (Sat/Sun), it would be greatly appreciated. I can let you come to a practice to see how our drummer plays if you want to make sure it's not going to get ruined or whatever. If you're looking for any sort of compensation, that can be worked out as well.

I'm not into going out of my way/being inconvenienced for people I don't know, but I do have a 20" Oriential China trash. I live in Merrimack, NH. Don't you guys live all over New england or something? I guess I'm a nice guy so you can borrow it if 20" is okay and i'm not without it for 2 weeks/forever or something.

I also have a 16" Oriental china trash. I forgot.

You are the man, ZJD. Our drummer lives way the fuck up on Northern NH, so most likely that would work. I'll be talking to him either later tonight or tomorrow, so I'll let him know the scoop. We're definitely getting all the drums done on that one weekend, so if we borrow from you it will be back safely in just a couple days.

ZJD, if we borrow one of the cymbals from you it would be the 16". I'll know for sure if we need it within a week or so.

I'm going to try to hit up the store today to see if they have the 18" A-Custom China I want. (Mine's all cracked) They didn't last time though. If it's still not there I'm going to order it. I'm not sure how long it would take to get in. But if it's there tonight or if it comes in time for your recording, you're welcome to use it. Don't get your hopes up though. I'll let you know what the dilly is tonight.
