my band aganihm hasnt played shows in a while, not because we dont want to, but because nobody will book us except for shitty hardcore bands, which i am sick of. so ive decided to start booking my own shows cause im tired of waiting around for crappy shows to be offered. i mean, we're playing in holyoke on friday with some fucking 16 year old kids. we're driving 90 min to play this show, which is questionable will even happen, with bands that nobody has ever heard of. its fucking retarted but we cant get anything else.

how the hell do i go about doing this. ive never booked a show before and some tips would be greatly appreciated.

what is the contact info for clubs around, how much do they charge, any bands on here interested in playing with us, etc etc.

most clubs websites tell you how to book, most require a press kit
