Fresh off a sold-out string of Florida dates with Nonpoint, DIECAST will be teaming up with genre legends Sepultura for a massive five-week tour this fall, which will be the group’s first national U.S. tour in support of their highly acclaimed new album Internal Revolution. This will be preceded by a string of dates with labelmates God Forbid and A Life Once Lost on the East Coast. (See tour section for the itinerary.) The group’s stunning first single, “Fade Away,” impacted Active Rock radio this week; look for a video for the track, shot by acclaimed director David Brodsky (God Forbid, GWAR, The Red Chord), to make its MTV2 debut later this month.

Paul Stoddard (vocals) further conveys his excitement over the band’s recent and upcoming activity: “It was great to finally do some shows again. The Nonpoint guys were great to us, and their fans were amazing. All the fans were open-minded to something a little different, gave us a chance and loved us. I also got to finally see the response to the new record in person from our fans. You people learn lyrics fast! If we didn't make it your way, just wait a little while. We are ready to tour and we don't want to stop!

“We have a few dates coming up with God Forbid and A Life Once Lost, and then we go out for five weeks with Sepultura. What an honor that will be. Arise was one of the first CDs I ever bought, and now I'll get to share the stage with them. It's gonna be nuts! Thanks again to everyone for buying the record, spreading the word about us, and all the continued e-mails and support. I can't wait to chill at the bar with everyone soon.”

Internal Revolution, praised by Decibel magazine as, “perhaps the best music of the band’s career,” had a phenomenal first week at retail entering the Billboard Heatseekers chart at #7 in the Northeast region. With a new lineup intact, the group were able to expand upon their influences with no preconceived boundaries, and the results were unlike anything they ever expected. This is most evident on “Fade Away,” which can now be streamed at the link below. http://mp3.centurymedia.com/diecast/internalrevolution/Diecast_Fadeaway.mp3
