no it's not. I own the DVDs and the iPod. you are allowed to make backups of you own stuff for people use. so you, mr lawyer who probably doesn't even have a bitch moustache are wrong and more of a liar.

i do have a moustache and i am a liar

ya i was only kidding
but i think those arent too popular (or non-existant) cause you could go to the video store, rent the movie, and rip it...that i think would be illegal and real hard to control

actually if you follow normal use for program and content, it's only illegal for personal use if it's permanent. if you keep the video longer than 30 days, that's considered permanent and then considered illegal.

i didn't know that

well if you find one i'd be interested myself

btw, im sure youve seen this ? all the time but...wheres the cheapest place on the web to get an ipod?

iPods break so I just went to best buy.
you can get 60GB online for $349, but I went to best buy and paid $399+ 3-year service plan. if you are a dick, but a smooth talker the service plan rules. on almost every single service plan I have ever gotten, I've gotten ATLEAST 1 new unit. 1/2 of them, they gave me back the $$ after almost 4-years to get something better.
