I heard the one song on ABACUS sampler, and it sounded cool,
but mostly because of the cool appregio sweeps in the end.
Other than that, its not that original. If thats their best song, I wouldnt buy the CD. You might like ALL SHALL PERISH though, their new demo song is VERY GOOD. and it starts with a cool appregio.

well, it's the first and best song on that sampler.
I did enjoy the song. but,
when I say a band is really original, I mean like Ghengis Tron. Or Between the Buried and Me - Alaska. Stuff like that.also, I reeally dont understand labels/and thats stupid.
unless its sinonymous with a certain band like KillSwitchEngage=metalcore. But even that only works with bands that have most songs sound the same. Between Buried probably has a metalcore sounding song or two, but I wouldnt call them hardcore at all.
When someone says hardcore I think Biohazard or Propain or Hatebreed.
Glass Casket is metalcore tho? its all death metal singing I thought.

The new glass casket CD comes with a ticker saying 'further bluring the line between metal and hardcore', so I can't really argue with them even though I don't think it's all that metalcoreish.

The reason they sound like between the buried and me is because they are the same band but with a different singer.
