My family was pissed, but at least they know the truth. In related news, I'll be at IWEIPH tomorrow.

Anyways, the new album is pretty decent if you take it for what it is: quirky pop music. I'm not one of those jerkbags going in makeup or wearing stilts. They put on a good show too, this is my 3rd time seeing them. God, what little rep I have is totally shot now.

Yeah, I don't get that about these guys either. Ah well. I've had to sit through their sets twice (once was an acoustic covers set that wasn't completely bad), and no amount of band name-dropping can redeem them.

Can't stand this band, my girlfriend bought their CD a year or so ago when the buzz started, totally awful even at what they do.

They suck sooo bad. I saw some live music video of theirs and it might have been one of the most painful things ive ever had to sit through. Sometimes I wonder if getting laid is really worth putting myself in horrible situations like that.
