derrek: since there was only one gun up there, a guys who I'm assuming is named derrek got up and played 4 songs with an accustic guitar. It was bright-eyes-ish. given at the crowd, I would have expected it to be more like adam and steve, but people, including myself, enjoyed it.

shoot the wounded: their first show. sort of like since the flood, but they only have one guitar player so the bass fills in more making it sound a lot more like old-school punk/hardcore.

amaranthus: rocked out without the keys again. I think I'm finally ready to admit that I like this band. it's like a how when I listen to a lot of power metal, I don't like it at first, but then it drills itself into my head and I have to finally admit that I like it. I just hope they get a keyboard player soon.

over the top: headlining again? rock-stars. Next time I see them, I might be instituting a jumping pictures only policy. good stuff and people even piled up on stage. the "bouncer" guy and the sound guy didn't even flip out with someone stood on a monitor. what a change!
