I've been sending in forms over and over to mass to get my taxes back from last year.
they are constantly claiming that they did not receive my forms, but when I call in the operators on the phone say that it's in their computers that my forms were in.
and today, I get a letter saying "blahblah sorry, you didn't send in your forms so you get no money. this decision is final, unless you want to pay $65 to apeal it to our bullshit board. signed bullshit commissioner"
