Other thoughts- Haven't been a Dark Funeral fan since high school, but their current drummer Nils "Dominator" Fjellström is great with longevity that requires a lot of exertion. As far as exerting goes, I'd also suggest George Kollias though I find his playing to be boring, as well as Francesco Paoli from Fleshgod Apocalypse. The guy from Aborted is also nuts, as is the guy from Dead Congregation. Their names I cannot recall at the moment which is a shame because Dead Congregation have my favorite recorded drum production ever.
