This isn't a bad place to find musicians to work with unless you are a tool that can't take a joke. Even if you don't immediately find the drummer or guitarist you've been looking for you might make some friends at some shows who can in turn introduce you to other folks. I didn't know anyone on this site when I started posting here. Almost 10 years later and I can identify almost everyone at a show by their RTTP screen name and have played in bands and at shows with most all of them. My experience with finding people on Craigslist has been less than spectacular. Total waste of fucking time.

Ok so I just listened to the recordings (it's cool that you covered life of agony). Find a songwriting guitar player to work with or an already established band to join. Song writers writes songs. Guitar players play them. If I had a dollar for ever guitar player I jammed with that could play but not write a song for fuck I'd be rich. I'm a drummer not a song writer so when looking for bands to join I try to find one with decent songs I can get into playing.

This is not trolling. It's constructive criticism from an honest point of view. (it's early on a sunday and i'm wide awake and bored as fuck)
