DO NOT SUPPORT.

Music/Art > Politics. You don't shut down music based on not liking politics that lack empathy, that only ENCOURAGES such politics, whereas keeping art and music at the forefront is the greatest long-term weapon against those politics in the long run.

After all, as soon as you say the ugly political views are more important than the music, then you're giving them that extra power over the long run. Historically, when an artist who is a bigot has had to stop making art, they only focused more on their politics of bigotry, not less, coming right down to the figure that the Neo-Neanderthals find so inspiring.

I doubt Antifa or Shaniqua or whatever will be able to process the complexity of this argument since they haven't mastered the SHIFT and CAPS LOCK key yet, but for those here with a triple digit IQ, that's my answer. You don't get rid of hate and violence against minorites by stifling the free speech of artists; hate and violence towards minorities has always flourished in societies where speech was curtailed and artists were not free, because censorship makes hate just build and boil over, while art and music allows for such emotions to be vented by both the artist and the audience.

It's amazing to me that anybody could devote themselves to being a professional musician, particuarly in the genre of metal, and NOT get this basic building block concept.
