According to Scott-- It is an astronaut that returns to Earth after traveling through space at faster than light speed so when he comes back to earth it is far in the future and he hasn't aged at all due to all that physics shit that I can't remember right now. The earth he finds only contains mutated cannibal humans and is completely destroyed. So he wanders the earth trying to find the reason for mankind's destruction and he takes shelter in this burned out basement and finds this tape recorder that has our album on it. And our songs about the future destruction of mankind are all he can find as far as evidence for mankind's destruction.
