They made Freddy into some FSU tough guy with really unwitty one-liners. He had absolutely no personality. Half the scenes were directly ripped off from the original except they looked alot worse, and none of the deaths were interesting or original (only 4 people died, and two of them didn't really count anyway). And they got Freddy's background all wrong and made him a lot less of a creep than he originally was. Plus instead of trying to be scary, they just had that stuff pop out at you bullshit. Fuck this movie.
