Yes, this band is no more… but I just started doing this thing and I can appreciate dead bands, thank you very much.

The automata started back in 2000. I got to see them at the first chariots of fire.
Chariots of fire was sort of a turning point for rttp. so many bands were on that show. Tons that i was exposed to for the first time.

As i said, i saw them for the first time in 2002. At that point, they had a very rowdy bunch of fans. Oh, the fun times and discussions that followed on internet message boards…


After that, i saw hem multiple times.

Exit 23 was always a good time with them


Including a date on RTTP, they came in after running a muck in dover.
That set was great. They play songs from their soon to be released CD.

They also played at the RTTP 6 year anniversary show which went down on sept 9 2002

All of the members went their own ways after one last show in 2002 at the imfamous lawrence mass KOC show. (dec 6 2002 you know the one I’m talking about)


Since then, automata members have popped up in a ton of other projects:
