Hypothetically speaking:

A death-metal band has people of the ages of 26, 31, and 36. This hypothetical band is in the process of auditioning vocalists, and they get a reply online from someone slightly younger than they are used to playing with, 16 to be exact. Here's what THIS HYPOTHETICAL BAND is thinkin:
Will he be able to play shows in bars with the band?
If not, will they be able to get him a fake ID?
Will the band be able to bring him accross state lines without his parents signatures on a release form every time, or will they be in jeapordy of kidnapping charges?
