So as the title posts i am getting together an Epic battle-metal style band for a concept album (based on maybe the dragonlance "Dragons" series, or "lord of chaos" by Robert Jordan, my personal fav.). The music will be in the direction of "Nightfall on middle earth" by Blind Guardian, real epic but still metal. Mostly guitar/vocal driven. Thankfully i already have two singers for this, a trained opera singer, (from my Tool tribute band) and an old school metal singer, ala rob halford, bruce dickenson. And i will play drums, i have a great bass player, (damon from "Boarcorpse" my deathmetal band) and just need a guitarist to write melody lines, and leads like crazy. I mean serious time to show off and be super dramatic. It will all be in the studio so if you wanna do 4 part lead harmonies, it will be possable. Because thats definately what the vocals are doin. These kids can really sing, and this whole project could be SO much fun. Anyone?
