I ran vista for 3 days (2 of which it was installed and never touched), then I upgraded to XP, since at least XP has drivers for all my audio hardware, and it plays nice with all my other hardware. I've never had any good fortune with MsSQL in the past. It always seemed to have a vendetta against me.
