I personally have lost about a hundred pounds over the last 5 years and I can tell you that besides excercise and diet nothing else really works. I know that excercise and diet are real real hard to maintain, but believe me, after the first 25 or so pounds come off it gets really easy. Not only will you looking better motivate you, but good habbits just become part of live after a while. No matter what, just keep trying and dont get discouradged.
