eat less red meat, eat in less quantities, drink water like crazy, dont drink soda or (too much) beer, sit ups, push ups, walk up and down the stairs in your house for a few minutes, try not to eat a ton of cheese, even though cheese is amazing... ummm... tae bo? haha.

but yeah, seriously, if you drink a ton of soda and you suddenly stop doing that and drink a lot of water you will drop a lot of weight without changing anything else in your diet or exercise routine. that is coming from a fellow fatty that actually became less fat from doing just that. i wanna say like 30-35 pounds in like 3 months.
