Don't get me wrong, they show a lot of promise and are a tight band, but one of the most important things that slammy bands need to focus on is how they're writing their breakdowns. Too many bands in this genre either over-develop their breakdowns, thus losing that slammy feel, or don't put the proper discretion into what breakdowns they put in their songs, or even WHERE they put them in their songs, creating the impression that the slams are there JUST for the sake of being heavy.
