so dispoilment dropped off the bill. I guess they broke up (that's what they website said).

corkskrew: they weren't really my thing. sort of nu-metal-ish rock stuff, clean vocals in the mix too. They totally reminded me of another bands, but I can't think of it.

gut: like a lot of bands in their genre, they have a lot of parts that I find interesting and like, but some others they go in to slower southern rock that I don't really care for. they remined me of soilent green with harsher vocals and some low-scream back-up vocals. I think I need to see a show with these guys, conifir, and 4horse (from providence).

random acts of violence: the sound was a little off for them, but they played like they always do. They could be playing for 10 or 200 people and they always get up there and rock like stars. Plus, that guy who was "the guy" from the audience yelled a lot at them.

pantom limb: i got the best picture of the drummer that I ever will.. that's it pl, i'm never going to see you again.
kidding of course I will. They amaze me with the fact they can fill all the space of a song with just one guitarist.
though, I bet the singer doesn't really have a segway to ride into darkness.

bane of existence: excellent show. they started off with a song that they "haven't played in 2 years". it was really brutal and they busted into it, seeming a little tense, then messed up after a few seconds of playing. At that point, their sexual tension went away and they laid that song down. They must have just been nervous doing and old song. The drums were so fast. I think they should do that song more often. Anyhow, it sounded excellent and in the end, I got to choose between their last song, silence in the arms of the dead or iconoclast, my 2 favorite boe tracks. I chose silence, which was a good one to choose cause brandon (bass) got to turn around and sing.
