On the plus side, it's a huge space with a seperate "control" looking room, probably good for a studio, could easily fit a 5-6 piece band with room to spare. I think the drum riser we built is still there. On the minus side, we were paying 350 a month, and Jacko (the dude who runs the place) said he'd probably up it to like five something if not more.
