THIS WAS ALL WRITTEN BEFORE THE OLD SOUND GUY DIED.

I can't believe that zack is running sound for this place. Definitely awesome. He's still learning how to get that place sounding good, but probably doesn't throw fits like the older guy (re: feet on monitors/mics).

disappearer: their set was short, but great. They played a new song at the end, but since I have none of their releases, I can't say anything. For some reason, I always think of pelican when I hear them. I love how the mix stoner and space rock.

pygmy lush: tons and tons of gear set up on the stage. All of it with fresh stickers from other pg99 bands (haram, mannequin, malady, etc...) but then it all came to a screeching halt. The hammer came down on them.. one of them was caught drinking outside alcohol or something so they got booted. It was funny cause they were told to get out and then zack came over the PA asking them for stage right guitar. Even though I've been let down by so many "ex-pg.99" bands, I would have loaded to have this band show me something awesome. One of the dudes was on stage and said "he doesn't even want to talk about it so this is a draw. We didn't loose this one."

transistor transistor: rocked out on stage. It's funny that they are basically from my home town, derry nh. Their current bass player is a lot different from the original dude.

backstabbers inc: if you are from the area, when bsi plays, you go regardless. Especially since they used to play in NH once every 2-3 years. jonah's drumming is evolving from alawalwad. Bsi no longer sounds like bsi with the drummer from alawalwad.

pygmy lush: they played a basement across town and it ruled. This band is actually awesome. If you liked pg 99, check them out.
