It seems to me anyone with any knowledge of Metal would already have an idea of who would make good headliners. Lets be honest this will never work unless you already understand the metal scene. The reason the New England Metal and Hardcore fest succeeded was Scott Lee understood what bands he should book as headliners because he was also a fan.
