soman: I think it's one of the guys from VNV nation... but since I really don't know, I will keep my my mouth shut. it was pretty simple house spin off of late 90's industrial. no voices, some samples, but mostly a stream of simple 303, 808, and 909 loops. I think I would have found it a lot more interesting if there had been some more stuff that was going on, but it was just one guy with a laptop. this is a little out of my area of expertise now a days, but it seemed like the crowd was grooving to it. adding a house-ish beat layer to things is always a super easy way to kick people's feet up. the crowd was a standard far of black clad and leather clad set of rivet heads. they were hoppping around a lot.
